Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive.
You will receive an email with shipment tracking id within a short time after your items are shipped, The email will provide you a link to track your shipment.Your delivery date has to have passed for us to be able to investigate where your order is. On some occasions, we do come up against a bump in the road but we will do whatever we can to help you locate your order. Don’t hesitate to contact us by going to the 'Contact Us' page.
You can Track your Order using tracking id sent to your email, a short time after your shipment is dispatched.
Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature, or it will be too big to fit through the letterbox. However, if this isn't possible as our carrier usually tries to deliver more than once.
Alternatively they'll leave a card confirming that they've either left it with a neighbour, left it in a safe place, when they will try to redeliver or give you details on how to collect it.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.
If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us and we'll refund you as soon as it's arrived back at our warehouse. Do ask for proof of postage and ensure you keep it safe in case we need to look at it later on.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
You can return your items within 30 days after receiving your products.All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and, sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

Step 2: You will receive further instructions and your free returns shipment label from our customer service team, if we need any other information we will contact you.
Step 3: Make sure you keep your proof of postage!

Step 5: Please allow 14 days from the date you send your items back for your refund to be received.
It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day after the date of your return, for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed
